Fundació Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation (hereinafter “MWCB“) is a Spanish public foundation, with registered offices in Barcelona, at Roc Boronat, 117, 08018 Barcelona (Spain), registered at the Registre de Fundacions of the Generalitat de Catalunya with number 2.717, and with tax identification number G65.760.431.

MWCB tries to develop through the Mobile World Capital Barcelona (and all its related events) a new industrial sector around mobility and transform Barcelona into the world´s leading mobile city with high value-added services and technology clusters. Through our website www.mobilehealthglobal.com(hereinafter the “Website“) we make accessible to the public news, information and events organized by MWCB related to the Mobile World Capital Barcelona and, particularly, relating the mHealth Competence Centre (“mHCC“). In this connection, the mHCC has as a main objectives to provide relevant and current information on mHealth to a wide audience, promoting and building a mHealth Website Community portal reference, ensuring the quality of its contents and information and provide to the registered users a private access membership with dialogues and discussion networks between health professionals and patients associations.

The use of the Website makes you a user of it and means that you accept all of the conditions included in the present Privacy Policy. The Website service is only provided for the time that you are connected to the Website or to any of the services made available on the Website. Therefore, you should read the present Privacy Policy carefully each time you intend to use the Website, because changes may be made to both the Privacy Policy and its terms of use. • If you register in the Membership Registration process for accessing to the mHealth Website Community, you authorize the incorporation of the personal information you provide during the registration process to a data file managed by the MWCB, with domicile at Roc Boronat, 117, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. The file is called “Contactos” and is duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Authority. Your personal data will be treated with the main purpose of managing your registration as for the mHealth Website Community.
• The data collected via the Website’s -contact form to receive specific information or replies to questions made to the MWCB (the “Contact Form“) and the newsletter form to receive general information periodically (the “Newsletter Form“)- will be also included in the abovementioned personal data filing system. In these terms, the storage of your data fulfills the main purpose of [recording your query and being able to offer you a suitable response,] and also improve the services we offer.

This supplementary information is obtained by registering your device’s IP address. The sole purpose of collecting this information is to prepare statistics on the visits to our Website which enables us to track how our service is working and improve it daily.
• By accepting the Privacy Policy, you authorize international transfers of data to Pair Networks, Inc., due to hosting services on our website provided by the referred entity from the United States. This company is adhering to the Safe Harbor protocol, therefore the applicable security measures of protection are comparable to those required by “LOPD”.

• If you authorize MWCB in this respect, the data provided through the Website and, in particular, your email address, will be also included in the abovementioned MWCB’s personal data file and processed by MWCB for sending you information about the goods and services sold or provided by MWCB in relation to the mHealth Competence Centre, as well as information about the events organized by MWCB or where MWCB participates, particularly in relation to the GSMA Mobile World Congress, the 4 Years From Now event, the Mobile World Hub and The Mobile World Centre.
• If you DO NOT want your personal data to be processed for the purposes stated in the previous paragraph, you may revoke your authorization at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link attached in every email you receive from us, in order to update your subscription preferences or unsubscribe entirely from our newsletters and commercial communications.

3. Collection of sensitive data

• We do not request any information that is deemed specially protected data under the legislation in force, or any type of economic data.
• Notwithstanding this, it is possible that during your use of the Website or the mHealth Website Community you may provide certain sensitive data (such as health data provided when discussing with other users). If you do so, you expressly authorize MWCB for processing such personal data for the abovementioned purposes and pursuant to the dispositions of this Privacy Policy.

4. Use of cookies

• In compliance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, we only use cookies when you have given us your prior consent to do so, according to what is stated in the popup browser window when first access to the Website and the terms and conditions contained in our Cookies Policy, which we recommend reading.

5. User rights

• You may access to the data stored on our filing systems at any time, and may rectify, cancel or object to that data (“ARCO Rights“). In all cases you must evidence your identity with a photocopy of your valid ID document or passport in order to exercise your ARCO Rights.

• The MWCB will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
• The MWCB warrants that the data provided will not be accessible by any person unrelated to the MWCB and that they will only be shown at the request of the properly evidenced data subject.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

• You will be notified of any changes to the Privacy Policy via the “Privacy Policy” section of the homepage of the Website, and they will be applicable from the effective publication in same.

8. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
