  1. Open source

    When a computer program is open source, it means that its source code is available to the general public for use and/or modification from its original design. Open source code is typically created as a collaborative effort in which programmers improve upon the code and share changes and improvements with each other. For this, "open source community" is commonly used to describe the developer of open source software development projects.
